Building Footprints:
Click on the building names to the right to see the entire footprint for a typical floor for each building. Each TIER will contain the model name listed for units on each floor in the tier.

Individual Unit Floorplans by Model Name:
Each model name listed on the right corresponds to those listed in the buildings above. Click on an individual model name and you will see the unit flloorplan.
In addition to the finished living space size listed, each model also contains a sun-filled balcony, fully enclosed in glass, whose square footage is not listed, but which augments the total space for each residence, providing a lovely customizable sunroom to fit your hobbies or just a pleasant place to relax and enjoy the sights.

The photo below is a bird's eye view of our three Magnolias buildings, facing the Lansdowne Resort golf course on the back, and the central Clubhouse West on the front. The Magnolias are the only low rise condos (and the largest floorplans) in Leisure World of Virginia.
